Don't have a T.V.? Well I'm here to tell you what's going on.

158 people have been infected by a new strain of swine flu. It jumped from 29 cases to 158 in a week! That is frightening. Ohio and Indiana were the places that reported the cases. This one isn't as bad as the one before. Hopefully it will go away in a month or two. If you want more info about it click this link... Swine flu. Hope you stay safe. Patterfoot.

Rover in Mars takes it's first test drive.

It is a $2.5 million dollar rover that landed on Aug. 6th. It is ready for the 2 year journey, and in that time will explore the red planet for any type of life form. The rover is the size of a small car and has 6 wheels. They are going to drive it 3 meters (9.8 feet) then turn it around and go back. They won't move it very far for a little, they have to make such that everything works. They are trying to get to Glenelg a crater around 500 meters (1,640 feet) away from the original starting place. If you want more information about it than just go to this site, NASA Rover. I hope you enjoyed this post. Patterfoot has left.

  1. Wow that swine flu news update sounds really scary. I think I heard something about that on the radio... I think they said it was because of something about the heat?
